Alas, our bodies need movement. Perhaps you are craving some aliveness?
Exercise is medicine; exerting physical effort helps us release stress, and also boosts our immune system. Staying indoors, should not prevent you from working out. In this virtual workout for aliveness, The Alchemist’s Kitchen’s fitness expert John Mayers, will show you how you can move in your own home.
This is a fun, creative, and exploratory workout experience. Instead of using traditional weights, you will be encouraged to use your everyday home goods. Get fit with books, chairs, pots, and pans! You can even use a child (or two) as a barbell.
